How can I pay for an order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and Paypal for the U.S. only
All transactions are charged in U.S. dollars.

Gift card activation and registration requirements vary, so check your gift card packaging for detailed instructions, or contact the issuer. Some vendors may require you to set up an account and associate a billing address with the gift card before using online.
When using a gift credit card on pacificcoast.com, enter the gift card number into the credit card payment field, just like if you were paying with a regular credit card. (The gift card field is for the Pacific Coast Feather branded gift cards, not for open loop gift cards.) If the dollar value of transaction is greater than the dollar amount on your gift credit card, the transaction will decline and since we do not support multiple payment methods, you cannot use a second form of payment for the difference.
Will there be an authorization on my credit card?
When attempting to place an order on pacificcoast.com, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your credit card. Please be assured, this is not an actual charge and this authorization hold will be removed within 48 hours of your items being shipped. It is up to your credit card issuing bank as to when you will see the authorization hold drop off. For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
When am I charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged when the order is filled. Only one credit card may be used per transaction. Your credit card will not be charged until the items in your order are shipped. In some cases, because not all items may ship together, you will see more than one charge on your credit card. If part of an order is back ordered, you are charged for the cost of the shipped items. When the backordered items are sent, you are billed only for those additional items plus their shipping charges.
Do you offer Price Adjustments?
Yes, if an item's displayed price is reduced within 7 days of purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund you the price difference. Price adjustments are only available for items originally purchased at full price. Products purchased using cart level discount codes are already sold at a discounted price and are not included in this policy. Each item is eligible for a maximum of one (1) price adjustment. Final Sale, Outlet, and Clearance products are exempt from this policy.
