If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at service@pacificcoast.com, and we will handle your request. Most products can be returned within 180 days, and we will issue a full refund via your original payment method or provide store credit of equal value. We do not charge any restocking fees, and there are absolutely no hidden costs. (Unless the item has a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.)
