For orders under $100, a flat rate of $12.99 applies.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We ship within the United States only (including PO Boxes via USPS). No international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Pacific Coast products. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

180‑day hassle‑free returns – You have 180 days from delivery to return most products for a full refund.

No restocking fees – Ever.

Refund options – Choose a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Return shipping – Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
How to start a return or exchange

Contact us at service@pacificcoast.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please indicate whether the item is defective (include photos if possible).

We will provide return instructions. For defective items, we will send a prepaid return label. For non‑defective returns, you may use any carrier of your choice.

Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back to the address provided.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions

Final sale items – Products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards – Non‑refundable.

Personal care items – For hygiene reasons, opened mattress protectors or similar items may not be eligible. Please contact us first.
