My fiance is very particular about pillows and we have tried lots of different kinds. These are so comfortable. Fluffed up super quick after unpacking. They do seem to decompress a little when you lay on them but fluff right back up easily and they aren't stiff but not super soft either. We have only used 2 nights but has been a great sleep for both nights! Which says a lot because I usually don't sleep well. No weird smell. Definitely worth the buy.

These are the best pillows and they are worth every penny all of their pillows are very good the more you spend the better you get and the longer they last but I’ve been using their pillows for over a decade I’m just replacing with a couple of new ones because I messed up my shoulder so I got a firmer pillow for each side of the queen bed the king bed has the same things like I think medium and firm I have one on each side for preference … when you buy these they should just buy like 10 of them put them in every room I like for sleeping pillows on each bed with two euro shams and they have really good Euro hams too so everything they make is just brilliant and it’s very good quality

This is the third set of gusseted pillows I've purchased over the years. I assumed I was buying the same ones I'd gotten in the past and loved since they seemed to be the only gusseted ones available. These are not the same. These are extremely heavy and not nearly as pliable as my previous ones. They're good quality pillows to be sure but not what I wanted or was expecting.

These pillows are super comfortable for side sleepers. They are large, but fit in regular queen-size pillow cases. They are also heavy. Perfect to lean against if you read before sleep.

Okay let's talk about this pillow, ive got some pretty bad upper back issue's and my physical therapist said my repeat issue could have been my memory foam pillow, she said it pushes back on the neck instead of molding to the neck causing upper back pain and neck pain. When I first got this pillow I thought wow this thing is kinda flat ?? but, after sleeping almost a week on it.. I FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. It's luxury and not to mention.. it comes in like a cute pr package when it arrives just to showcase how dedicated this brand is to their luxury claims. I love it, but at first.. you may think its flat like I did ??

These are pretty firm, but still good for sleeping on your back, although they do tend to slope to one side and you have to flip it over to get support. I don't like thick pillows like they have at hotels, but these aren't too supportive. I've tried all type of solid and loose foam pillows and these are the best in terms of comfort and support. I've never had a firm down pillow, but if you don't mind the shape shifting and repositioning the fill to get it where you want these are super comfy and have excellent packaging if you're looking for a gift.

I love these pillows! I couldn't spend a fortune on pillows. But, I did want something that would keep its shape help a side sleeper. These are perfect! They fluffy up nicely time after time, and are dreamy to sleep on. Also, unlike so many items these days, they don't arrive in some shrink-wrapped wad! They are beautifully boxed with tissue paper with product sticker in a box that screams quality. They would make a great gift! But, treat yourself first. Ritz-Carlton pillows on a Holiday Inn budget!
