I love that this pillow uses organic cotton and quality goose feathers. The craftsmanship is obvious – tight stitching, clean finish, no loose feathers. However, out of the box, it's noticeably firmer than I expected. After about a week of use, it softened up a bit and molded to my head. Now it's comfortable, but don't expect that fluffy, sink-in feeling right away. Perfect if you like medium-firm support.

As a side sleeper, regular pillows always flatten under my shoulder. The gusseted sides on this pillow keep it from collapsing – my neck finally stays aligned all night. I have occipital neuralgia. This means the nerves going up both sides of my neck spasm and snap. The snap is loud enough people around me can hear it. Finding the right pillow with the thickness and firmness that keeps my head supported and comfortable is paramount for me. This pillow easily does it. And my cat loves to sleep on the pillow with me.

I am getting used to this new pillow. I thought it would be softer, more billowy.

I'm somewhat happy with them But it was hoping they would be a little softer and fluffyer.these are a little stiff not sure ifit'sthe shell or maybe they will break in. Or possibly you could recommend something else that would fit my needs

This pillow is fantastic. The organic cotton feels like high-end bedsheets, the gusset keeps it from going flat, and the goose feathers don't poke through. My only minor complaint: I wish it had small corner loops to secure it inside a pillow protector or shams. It slides around a bit inside my case. Performance-wise? 10/10. Minor design wish? 4.5 stars. Would still buy again.

I paid extra to get this overnight. I was desperate. I was waking each day with terrible headaches and neck pain. I’m 78 and I was thinking the worst! I slept on my new pillow last night and I slept better than I have in years!! No pain, I can hardly believe it! I hope they never go out of business ! Hard to believe a a pillow took away pain I’ve had for years!!!

These are truly high end pillows( at least for me ) they are firm yet soft. My husband and I both love them. Beautifully packaged in a big blue (keepable) box. Happy with my order. Worth the cost. They stand up nicely on the bed when it's made yet are soft and firm for sleeping. Glad I made this purchase.

03/01/26 (will provide updates for first 3 months) This pillow provides an exceptional amount of support. It is filled quite well which could be a great thing if your after a medium - to high supportive pillow. The internals feel great and overall pacific coast adds good GUTS to their pillows. I'm giving it 5/5 to begin with. It definitely feels like a good traditional quality goose feather pillow. They mixed in more than just goose feathers inside, doesn't poked around like ones that are purely goose feathers. I do worry that the support is a bit much but so far first impressions are great, I could se myself wanting to bring down the height just a bit but that's a good sign that the overall support is there since I truly dislike pillows that make your head sink all the way down to the mattress. It definitely holds it shape so far, fluffying it in the dryer worked ridiculously well, I'm certain these will survive tons of washing cycles in the future with cold water as instructed.

I bought this as a gift for my son who loves hotel pillows and sheets. He loves them! Was trying to find a unique, fun gift and this dod the job.

This is a comfortable pillow. I love it because I can fluff and flip it however often I want. I've not been stuck with a rogue quill so far so GOOD!
